St. George ward may get $18,000
The Utah Supreme Court ruled that the hand- written note, signed by Mary Miles Kleinman, constituted a will. It spells out how her $350,000 estate should be divided and includes a provision that $18,000 should be given to the St. George LDS 5th Ward.
