The St. George, Utah 5th Ward may get $18,000 because of a handwritten note. The Utah Supreme Court ruled that the hand- written note, signed by Mary Miles Kleinman, constituted a will, and that a district judge must rehear a case to determine if the note is Kleinman's last wishes. Other wills exist and the note's age has never been determined by the court.

The note was discovered among Kleinman's belongings after her death. It spells out how her $350,000 estate should be divided and includes a provision that $18,000 should be given to the St. George LDS 5th Ward.
