Friends recall different side of Baum

AMERICAN FORK, UTAH -- Darcie Jo Baum of Orem, Utah was buried August 30th, 1999 in Pleasant Grove Cemetery. The 26-year-old mother was found dead in her Orem apartment. An initial autopsy indicates she died of complications during childbirth. A newborn baby boy was also found dead in the apartment. Baum has a 4-year-old son, Draye that is being cared for by relatives.
