The Miraflores Guatemala City Guatemala Temple opened for public tours this week, Deseret News reports. The temple is the fourth built by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Guatemala, where the church has significant membership.

Public open houses allow visitors to tour the temple interior before its dedication, after which only church members in good standing may enter. Guatemala ranks among the countries with the highest Latter-day Saint populations in Latin America.
