Biggs, a former U.S. representative, has not publicly responded to the accusation. The FLDS is a fundamentalist group not affiliated with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Arizona and Utah have prosecuted multiple FLDS leaders for crimes including child abuse and fraud in recent years.
