Jennifer Shah, the former Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star, has been released from federal prison after serving time for running a nationwide telemarketing fraud scheme, The Hollywood Reporter reports. "I feel blessed. I feel free," Shah said in an exclusive statement.

Shah was convicted in 2022 of conspiracy to commit wire fraud in connection with telemarketing, having pleaded guilty to defrauding hundreds of victims, many of them elderly. Prosecutors said the scheme generated millions of dollars through fake business opportunities.

Shah was a cast member on RHOSLC during the investigation and trial, with her legal troubles featured prominently on the Bravo reality series. She is a former Latter-day Saint who left the Church.
