Former 'American Idol' runner-up David Archuleta has released a new Christmas album titled 'Warm Me Up,' which he promoted in an appearance on ABC7 Los Angeles. The album marks Archuleta's latest holiday music project.

Archuleta, who grew up Latter-day Saint and publicly shared his journey as a gay man navigating faith, discussed the album's themes of comfort and connection during the interview. He remains one of the most prominent LGBTQ voices with Mormon background in entertainment.

The singer has built a career balancing mainstream pop with faith-adjacent themes, and has spoken openly about his relationship with the LDS Church since coming out.
