A two-year documentary from LADbible Stories follows Douglas Stilgoe, known online as Nemo the Mormon, through his transition from prominent LDS commentator to excommunication after publicly challenging church positions. The video has drawn over 32,000 views in its first nine hours.

The 30-minute film documents Stilgoe's evolution from defender of LDS doctrine on social media to critic, the church disciplinary process that followed, and the personal costs of his public stance. Stilgoe built a following discussing Mormon theology and culture before his content shifted to questioning church teachings and policies.

The documentary captures Stilgoe's deliberations over whether to remain in the church while speaking openly about his concerns, the stake council that excommunicated him, and his reflections on losing his community and identity. LADbible Stories has 1.4 million subscribers and produces long-form documentaries on social and religious topics.
