Jon Gosselin has compared his ex-wife Kate Gosselin to Ruby Franke, the Mormon YouTuber convicted of child abuse, and said Kate should be in jail, according to Page Six. Gosselin drew the comparison between the two reality-TV mothers who documented their families on camera.

Ruby Franke pleaded guilty to aggravated child abuse charges in 2023 after torturing her children while receiving direction from therapist Jodi Hildebrandt. She is currently serving a prison sentence. The Gosselins' family life was documented on TLC's 'Jon & Kate Plus 8.'

Gosselin did not specify what actions by Kate he was comparing to Franke's criminal abuse. The couple's acrimonious split and custody battles have been public for years.
