Church apostle Elder Patrick Kearon dedicated the Phnom Penh Cambodia Temple on August 30, describing it as a place where vision "draws heavenward." The dedication marks the completion of Cambodia's first temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
