The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints announced a November 14 groundbreaking date for the Cuernavaca Mexico Temple and revealed the site location for the Otavalo Ecuador Temple, according to ABC4 Utah.

The Cuernavaca temple will serve Latter-day Saints in the Mexican state of Morelos and surrounding areas. The Otavalo temple site is located in northern Ecuador near the Colombian border.

Both temples were among those announced in recent years as part of the Church's accelerated temple construction program.
