The Church announced open house and dedication dates for the Pago Pago American Samoa Temple and a groundbreaking date for the Vienna Austria Temple, ABC4 reports. Both temples represent the first in their respective regions.

The American Samoa temple will serve approximately 15,000 Latter-day Saints in the South Pacific island territory. The Vienna temple will be Austria's first, serving about 5,000 members across Central Europe.

The announcements continue the Church's worldwide temple construction program, which now includes over 350 temples operating, under construction, or announced.
